Rude, unfriendly, impolite, unprofessional, nonchalant, disrespectful, unprofessional, discriminatory; these are just a few of the adjectives that represent my encounter with the staff. The food was delicious however, I will never go back to this particular restaurant again!

Unwelcoming unfriendly to female workers. Too many orders and too many work for only two workers. Brown rice and vegetables not cooked thoroughly too hard

I guess you have to come during the day to get white rice and chicken. I’ve gone not once but twice, around 8/9pm they’re either out of white rice or chicken. First time was both, second time was no white rice. It’s irritating because I know damn well they have some they just don’t want to make anymore for the night since they close at 10pm. Just lazy overall. Lady behind the counter has horrible customer service skills. Settling for another waba grill even if that means driving a bit further. The end.

I feel like this place is always understaffed. So, wait times may be 20+ minute. However, the team behind the counter gets the job done. There’s no reason why tipping them shouldn’t be allowed-- especially since tipping is voluntary.
