UPDATE: After recent experiences of revising I have noticed vast improvements in overall morale and quality and am in fact changing my review. I authentically have had a 180 turnaround experience. Also knowing this location seems to be Christian-owned is a huge plus and trust in quality over bad fast food choices. My favorite go-to is the steak taco trio. This particular location of Waba grill is one of the worst I have been to. I visited today @ 1:05 PM on 5/11/26. 1. Service is very unfriendly. The lady working the order and the window does not say hello and is very rude with interactions. She can be overheard bossing the cooks in the kitchen which is unprofessional since she needs someone to manage her as well. 2.
