I’m a regular Customer here today I went in to get a bowl and asked for extra siracha packets and this rude lady decided to charge me 30 cents each packet I always ask and never get charged for them I told her to remove them if that’s the case and said she couldn’t what kind of shady people do you have working here!! There’s a sign that says each cup for boom sauce and sweet chili is 30 cents idk why this lady charged me for packets of siracha definitely need to speak to a manager
Waited 20 min in the drive thru for one thing don’t come here if your on lunch or short on tine
Been here 3 times since I started working in the area. Food taste different from other Waba Grills and the chicken is dryer than the Mojave desert. My last visit the employee in the drive through gave me my good and I said excuse me to get her attention. She closed the drive through door and left me in the drive through line for at least 5 minutes felt like 10. This is not a good location. The store is oriented to prioritize drive thru, but the way the drive thru is set up is just terrible. The drive thru exits to the main driving lane in that plaza, and the plaza always gets backed up from people leaving Home Depot. There’s a bush right at the drive thru exit which makes it hard to see oncoming traffic too. The food is subpar at best. The rice isn’t cooked properly and is hard like they didn’t put enough water. Ordered right when they opened and was met with “we don’t have steak”. To lazy to cook the steak at opening and can’t even take their chairs down.
