I came here after school and ordered $20 worth of food and waited patiently. The person who told my order was Lexie M. They served everyone in the restaurant food but me. A group of 4 men came in retrieved their food and left before I was served. I approached the counter for my food and the two Spanish girls behind the counter acted confused about my order saying "we thought we gave it to you." They reached into a doordash bag saying "we thought it was an online order." Handing me cold food.
It’s unfortunate some waba franchises have a limit on hot sauce packets. Employees don’t allow people to eat on their preference (not a crazy amount of packets requested) the employees would rather lose the sale of food than giving an extra packet of sauce that costs cents. Manager/owner are losing revenue, I’d rather go somewhere else than being told how to eat. Rude workers, the one girl wannabe gangster rude and bad image for the chain
