So Waba Grill in general is just fast food chicken teriyaki. I like that it’s convenient with a drive-through because the parking situation in this location is a nightmare. I personally do not like their teriyaki sauce, but they do have a variety of items and they have plenty of seating inside. The customer service is decent, but the prices are high.
My husband and I usually come through the drive thru. My mom and I had lunch together and for the first time I dined in. The service was great. Food was delicious. And the dragonfruit drink was so refreshing. The dining area was clean and cool.
Can I be honest the customer service needs to be humongously improved(no people skills) since the pandemic, they need to hire new employees and managers, the food is sub-par and is questionable(check your order before you leave) as far as quality and quantity. The management don't care and clearly shares it with other employees. Honestly you're better off going to the supermarket and making this type of food at home, you'll most likely save money making it at home.
Good healthy food.
As you walk in you will see the establishment is empty! Staff is gathered on the back gossiping. The food is bland or overcooked.
