We've been ordering Waba Grill for years in Santa Clarita and have always had good experiences, so this was our first order from this location after recently moving. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We ordered a family pack, and the chicken was extremely overcooked, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting in the warming tray for a long time instead of being freshly prepared. This place charges $2.50 extra if you want easy ice for their Thai tea or mango lemonades. Talk about greed
I’ve never had a problem at any other waba. It’s unbelievable that they charge $6 for extra meat and that all you get. There was nearly any chicken on the bowl
