I hate to be the one who sounds like a complainer, but I do not eat fast food I meal prep and when I don’t have time to prep, I eat Waba Grill. This Waba Grill is by far the worst one that I’ve ever been to. She gave me literally nothing but rice there’s four pieces of broccoli inside my bowl and I told her chicken and shrimp bowl and then doesn’t put my shrimp in there and charges me another four dollars for my shrimp and there’s barely any chicken in here. The least protein portion iv ever seen, no onion offering no sauce included had to ask for everything, oh no napkins too !
Didn't really have high expectations but I do expect vegetables to not be rotten. Both the broccoli and cabbage were rotten and spoiled.
Don’t waste your money or time. For a first time impression it was rock bottom. I don’t think I’ll give this franchise another try. There were five customers eating in, assumed this was an indicator of being a decent spot. Not sure if it’s the location, but the food was terrible. I ended up tossing the plate after my boyfriend and I took a bite. We couldn’t even go back to ask for a recook since we ordered it to go. The last few times I have gotten my steak bowl I get mostly rice and very little meat.
