Crazy how an establishment could hire such rude management. Tam and her manager are the worst employees I’ve come across in a while. Do not go to this location. Our DoorDash order was completely wrong and by driving to this location to resolve this issue they brushed us off and said they cannot help. We spent over $100. This is ridiculous.
The employees of this establishment are trash. They refuse to be helpful. We had a DoorDash order, the order had a missing meal, drink and sauce that was paid for. We have no problem to reorder and pay again then get a refunded through DoorDash. Tam who handled our order refused to admit they missed some items, refused to give us our sauce and other items. No stars at all. Tam needs to really work on her customer service.
Tam and the manager at this location have terrible customer service. We originally ordered on DoorDash and were missing items. Tam would rather blame a doordash driver for the missing items even offered to look at the camera, but when we asked to see the footage she refused and laughed at us. Refused to give us the corporate phone number and the manager's name, stating that there was no manager in. The manager called us back 10 minutes later and was rude as well, not even giving his name.
Don’t EAT HERE!!!!!! The worker Tam rude and disrespectful I ordered a steak bowl and it wasn’t correct she refused to accommodate and for a new one don’t eat here
