They basically refused to give me all of my money back because a cashier named Diana P. doesn't know how to do a refund on the system. They acted as if it was my fault she didn't know and after calling and saying allegedly the money was supposed to be back into my card already (it was not) I finally came in person today and the supervisor or manager did not come out to talk to me at all. There was nobody there. After five minutes, I called out to them and they both came out looking bothered. The workers before were cool.
Pleasant staff, but they didn't give me my receipt and they forgot to give me avocado. I had to get it after I sat down. Wasn't a big deal but avocado is expensive and should get it if you pay for it. It was very cold inside, both my daughter and I had to get our sweaters because it was way too cold. The broccoli was old, not fresh. It tasted bad. I threw it away.
I came in here happy and cheerful after watching the CR7 score two goals in the World Cup and the lady at the register has such a bad attitude she killed my vibes made me angry. Vibe killer definitely not coming to this location again.
I’ve been coming here for over three years—maybe four or five times a week—so I’m a very loyal customer. The only reason I keep coming back is that it’s the closest spot, which is very convenient for me. However, there is a woman—possibly the manager, since she’s always there—who is very rude to me. For instance, she has gotten angry with me several times for asking for extra hot sauce; on one occasion, she told me in front of the staff and other customers, "Next time, it’ll cost you 50 cents."
