Dr. Waara has been my physician for over 10 years and I thought she was a very good doctor. However here is my recent experience: --It took more than 3 months to get an appointment for a yearly physical -- Received a letter from her requesting an extra out of pocket $100 fee for the privilege of being a patient --When I arrived for the appointment, was informed that she is no longer accepting my BCBS insurance (decision was made 2 days prior) Seems like money not patients is the priority.
