Very good customer service even let me wait in the lounge and drink coffee and in the meantime retrieved all the the parts that l needed at a great price.
Don't waste your time going here if you are of African ethnicity . Racist staff who spend less than a minute with you. Stare at your blankly with no shame.... Should have walked in with cash in hand probably you'd have served me before turning me around stating you don't sell parts below 2012..... That I can only buy your brand new rims yet you have a yard full of old cars . If you don't want to serve certain people put it up in your website to save some of us fuel, time, effort and money. 🙌🏽
I submitted for a quote for my old Hyundai, received a call within an hour or two and we booked in pick up for the next day. They stayed true to their quote range and were a breeze to work with. Polite and pleasant to deal with both over the phone and in person. The pickup driver was especially friendly and helpful (which is a rarity from my previous experiences with wreckers). Can't fault the experience overall!
I am so happy my old Tarago has gone. Jhon was so helpful and professional, made it hassle free to get the old Tarago move away. And most importantly, money for the old Tarago is very good.
