James was absolutely brilliant to work with. I had him inspect a car and he was very thorough and helpful. After the inspection he called to walkthrough everything and sent the detailed report right away. Managed to get a good deal and even the salesman was saying he's very knowledgeable. Great value for money
I can't recommend Jame's service highly enough, he managed to fit in an inspection for me on very short notice, the night before!. I received a phone call when the inspection was finished, and he took the time to go through everything he noticed both good and not great. followed by a written report with photos. I can't recommend his service highly enough.
James was great to deal with. From my initial phone call arranging for a pre-purchase inspection to the report and phone call at the end, no complaints from me. The previous vehicle owners were even raving about him. He was very knowledgeable about the car and picked up a few small issues during his inspection. Communicated to me very clearly and put me in a position to pull the trigger on the car shortly after. Would recommend James' services to friends and family.
We used James to inspect two cars for us as we looked to purchase our son's first car. Not only was the the report very thorough and detailed, but James went above and beyond to answer any questions and provide tips on what to look out for in our search, with the first inspection having pointed out some significant issues in the car which otherwise looked to be in great condition. I would not hesitate using James again should we ever need to and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a second hand vehicle.
I got a 'Pre Purchase Inspection' done through James and he gave me a highly detailed report on the vehicle, mentioned any faults and even spoke to the dealers at Toyota about the faults for me. James also gave me a highly detailed follow-up call and was happy to answer any questions I had once the service was finalised. Very happy with his services, he is highly professional and good at what he does.
