I was a long time patient here. I always paid the total sum same day as treatment. Then when they doubled the fees recently, I asked if I could pay in just a few instalments, and was told NO! Thank you so much for your care & concern for me. I never heard from them after that. Not one call. I now am lumbered with a painful left leg. Terrible reception, the lady on the phone is not polite at all, she does not introduce herself and drops the call on you whenever she thinks that the call is over, without asking the patient. Several days later, the practice emailed me the formal letter thar they refuse to offer me any medical services because it was me (!!!) who was rude on the phone. Surely the receptionist will always have better chances to deliver their version to the management than some lowly customer! So much for the Hippocratic oath…
Never Again !!!! This place has scared me for life !!!!!!
