So incredibly helpful and professional. We live in a townhouse with no rear yard access - everything had to come through the house (via a window) and honestly Craig went above and beyond. Explained the best options and layout for our yard, coped with our needy dog and built the most beautiful deck and accommodated a last minute request for a privacy screen. Highly recommended.
Craig was extremely professional and generous with his time when assisting us determine the best approach to designing and installing our timber deck. He addressed all of our queries and this was demonstrated in the finished product that the team delivered. The attention to detail during installation was second to none. If Craig is not the best, I don’t know who is better. He arrived on time, provided a detailed quote, finished the job on budget and returned with a smile to answer some questions and retouch (re-coat) the entire job but refused to bill me for the follow-up work.
