Initial appointment was good. Follow up appointment was meant to be a telehealth appointment. I connected with the video call but neither the video nor audio was working. The Dr cancelled the call, understandably. I immediately called the clinic and advised of the issue and was told "I'll check with the Dr and call you back." That was in November. Very disappointing experience. Dr Martinez seems focused mainly on prescribing stimulants, with minimal attention to comorbidities or a holistic treatment plan. My past specialist history from QLD (years of records) was not reviewed despite being requested. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and yet scripts/medication instructions have been repeatedly missed or not sent, which is unacceptable. On top of that admin is extremely hard to reach (15–20 min waits on the phone, on a lucky day!) and emails can take 1-2 days. For $250 p... read more

My experience been very positive with WA ADHD service. We met Prof Garg for our son via a tele appointment. He was so good and great. Engaged our son well and explained the assessment. Would recommend him strongly.
Deeply disappointing experience. I reached out truly needing help, but it felt like they were just ticking boxes and filling out forms instead of actually listening. I paid $750 for one appointment that repeated the same screening my GP and psychologist had already done. No genuine support, no understanding — just another number in the system.
