My experience been very positive with WA ADHD service. We met Prof Garg for our son via a tele appointment. He was so good and great. Engaged our son well and explained the assessment. Would recommend him strongly.
Deeply disappointing experience. I reached out truly needing help, but it felt like they were just ticking boxes and filling out forms instead of actually listening. I paid $750 for one appointment that repeated the same screening my GP and psychologist had already done. No genuine support, no understanding — just another number in the system. Didn’t even get to see anyone. My referral was sent in through the online portal as specified and after over 7 weeks received an email stating: We are unfortunately unable to find a psychiatrist to review your case. Please note that we are unable to provide a reason as to why your referral was declined. Decisions to accept or decline are referral are made by a psychiatrist after considering a complex range of factors and a declined referral should not be taken personally. This is not good enough, especially after 7 weeks
Dr. Andres Martinez is fantastic. I find him comfortable to talk to and he has helped me so much with my condition!
Have been seeing Dr. Sharma for 4 years now back when I was a part of Perth Clinic and have to say he’s extremely professional and understanding. Felt the need to write this review to balance things out as I’m sure many of his patients who have good experiences don’t bother to write a review but the few who have bad experiences will.
