I had a horrible experience at this clinic. If you care about your mental health, do not go to this place. If you are a mother or father thinking about bringing your child here, and you love them, don’t do it. Look for another place. They only seem interested in making money. They do not care about the patient or provide proper follow-up for treatment. This place should be shut down.
I had a horrendous experience with Dr Varun Sharma and this clinic, and ultimately lodged a complaint with HaDSCO. The complaint process raised concerns that I felt were significant, although I've no intention of disclosing what might be confidential details, particularly after witnessing how the clinic handled my experience. Extremely predatory unprofessional practice and extremely predatory doctors who are in it nothing more than for money. I've been attending this clinic for over two years now and I've seen nothing but a steep continuous decline in my mental health and nothing of an improvement for any of the time been there. 0 stars. Extremely poor patient care and communication. First appointment was $1000 as it needed to be a 'assessment', even though we already had a diagnosis and history for years of treatment. Only been prescribed stimulants with no consideration to the ineffectiveness they had in the past. Some medications were discussed but no script provided, was told to go to GP - who then refuses to provide them as these are psychiatric drugs...understandably.
