they charge 1000$ for a first appointment. then they want $500 for a follow up. scammers. they try get as much money out of you before they prescribed you anything.
I had my gp send a referral to this service probably 8 months ago. I called up to see how it had progressed to only discover they never received it and you have to submit referrals thru an online portal! I've never heard of a system so unfriendly to neuro divergent people. What a joke. Needless to say I'll be seeing diagnosis elsewhere, especially after reading other poor reviews of this clinic.
Dr V Hutchinson was a great disappointment. Spent a year or so building a doctor patient relationship to have him say that if he wrote a referral for my son, it would be detrimental. We felt very let down and in the end not supported at all by Dr Hutchinson.
I had an amazing experience with Dr Lewis Walker. I had to get a formal re-diagnosis because I lost access to my former medical records. The appointment was very thorough. At no point did I feel rushed. He makes you feel very comfortable and has an excellent bedside manner. You can tell he really cares about what he does. He even gives you this amazing booklet he made to take home. It answers every possible question you could have about your treatment.
