I found the customer service to be well below par and completely lacking in professionalism or empathy. I've been trying to get in with this agency for years. I specifically selected a doctor with an advertised wait time of around two weeks and paid my deposit based on that information. My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. After my appointment, I made multiple attempts each day to contact reception to pay for my consultation. On several occasions, I was left on hold for more than 30 minutes before eventually having to give up. Despite my repeated efforts to make payment, my prescriptions were cancelled without warning.
