Amazing clinic and attentive staff. Dr. Walker is a caring doctor, willing to help in a humane way; he always did the best he could to help me with my ADHD, and I am very grateful for all the improvement I experienced during my treatment.
I sent a detailed history to Dr Walker, a cry for help that I'm desperate for and has been ignored by the public sector. A report that is of high quality and shows my intellect and extent of my problem. After being rejected by multiple private psychiatrists I decided to see if he would take me on before providing a referral. Their system is extremely rigid. We are really happy with our psychiatrist at this practise but the admin side of things is deplorable. I wait over 2 1/2 hours to talk to admin over the phone. They are cripplingly slow at getting back to you. Please put on more staff!! Your customer service exaccerbates our anxiety and mental health issues.
Got referred for this clinic in october 2024 for an April 2025 appointment, which was cancelled and rescheduled for July 2025. I requested for this appointment to be a Telehealth appointment. The staff then called me and rescheduled the appointment to October 2025 instead. They didn’t book this in properly and have now told me the earliest appointment I can get is in March 2026. The admin staff were extremely rude on the phone about it. Won’t be attending this clinic.
