The team was super responsive via email with my questions before placing my order. Once I placed my order, they were able to serve my documents SAME DAY, even when I selected the regular service. The first attempt was successful and they provided the completed Proof of Service form, sent it over for my approval, and e-filed with the courts all within 48 hours. I reached out to Jessica while attempting to serve an evasive defendant that she had previously served. Even though Jessica was preoccupied with an important trial for a few weeks, she still took time out of her schedule to give her expertise helping me decide next steps, and even write a declaration on her experience. It felt like she was genuinely trying to help me with my best interest in mind. Jessica truly goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend her for all serving needs!
I am more than pleased with the above and beyond customer service of both Jessica and Nicole. The ordering process is a simplified UI with prompt progress email communication. The team was able to skip trace and serve a defendant that was hard to find in a very short time with transparent updates. I highly recommend their service, worth every penny!
I submitted an order at 5:10pm and by 8:52am the next day, it was served in person! I was very happy with their speed in service, especially since it had been a previously difficult person to serve. They were great at answering my questions ahead of time when I called with clarifications before submitting my order. I would choose them again for sure!
