I change my bad review into a good one. Nicole called me and explained the process and how things work and it gave me a better understanding of the service and what to expect. She also offered to add an additional attempt to serve the documents at no extra charge. My mind was put at ease and I would recommend WA Pro Se to my friends. They did a really great job of reaching out to me and making the effort to make sure i was satisfied with the service..
They were very quick and easy to work with and always kept me updated on what was going on. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again if I need to in the future.
I've practiced law for almost 30 years, and have used my share of process servers; WA Pro Se team was EXTRAORDINARILY efficient and diligent; these folks exceeded my expectations by far.
Was not worth it! Poor communication and lack of effort. They had an easy job but failed.
