Absolutely fantastic experience, from the initial consult, to the surgery, and the post op appointment. Dr Robert Paul is an outstanding, experienced surgeon who knows EXACTLY what he is doing and recommends ONLY what would be the best outcome for you. I am 100% happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone (and I have!)

The best decision I’ve made in along time - for my eye health, and financially - to get laser eye surgery on my left eye (for distance purposes). The lasting effect has been outstanding - it feels like I’ve got time back in my mornings not having to fuss with contact lenses. Dealing with Dr Paul and his staff have been very professional and an absolute pleasure from my first enquiry through to final check-up! Thank you, Dr Paul and team.
If I could give minus stars, I would. The LASIK eye surgery I had performed by Dr Paul in September last year was a complete disaster. He continually gave me contradictory advice, and my eyesight only deteriorated further over time. I have never written a bad review about a doctor before or made a formal complaint, but the arrogance and gaslighting I experienced after what was clearly a procedure gone wrong were shocking. Disaster. Don't come here especially if you are elderly or expect proper care. It's like you are on a factory line. Do not recommend Dr Paul at all. When things go wrong, he is not responsible as he will say- you signed the consent form. Should be investigated.
