I visited the WA Iron Centre yesterday for an infusion, and the entire team was amazing! The ladies at reception were very warm and accommodating. My initial consultation with Dr Jocelyn was one of the most thorough and reassuring experiences I have received from a medical professional. She took the time to listen, allowed me to discuss my wider health concerns without feeling rushed, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I was classed as "complex" regarding my need for an iron infusion. After waiting 3 long years and being passed off from Dr to Dr, I finally received my infusion yesterday at the WA Iron Centre. Wa Iron Centre is a wonderful practice. I have been 3 times for iron deficiency during pregnancy and each time I receive amazing care. The Dr consultant is always thorough and never rushed. Your concerns are listened. The nurse giving the infusion are highly skilled and the reception staff well organised and helpful. Highly recommend.
I am so very thankful for the holistic expertise of Assossiate Professor Jayasuriya at the WA Iron Centre with my 3yo daughter. He was very understanding and supportive in my daughter's abnormal medical history and needs. I was very quickly put at ease.
