Great service, good communication. We broke down in the Kimberley and our Fiat Ducato motorhome was delivered to WA Hino (Fiat Professional) in Perth by truck. We had previously used WA Hino for repairs so we were confident in choosing them to sort things out. Inspection was thorough and repairs were done fairly timely , given how busy all repairers are. Our invoice was detailed, all work was noted and explained in detail. Thanks to Sabrina in their admin area for keeping us informed along the way. Would recommend.

Super bad experience. My truck stopped working and was towed to Wa Hino. They charged me $669.82 for inspection. It was unbelievable. They also charged me $7850.79 for repair. Fortunately, I refused decisively. I found a repair shop nearby. They said my battery was dead and charged me $596 to fix it. Wa Hino, are you kidding me? I don't think you inspected my car.
