Received damaged and unusable products in my order and there has been no response via emails to rectify the situation, am now having to resolve via a third party. Stay away from this company.
The store is undeniably well stocked and has great prices. I’ve been before a couple of years ago and had great experience. Today I was greeted by the 2 ladies at the counter who sprang forth and hovered over me. Only 1 spoke and she did a lot of that. I explained what I was looking for and she tried to sell me something totally different. Really glad I found this store, prices are really good and they have a lot of stock for barbers, Younger lady was really polite and helpful however the older lady stared at my every movement, maybe I’m assuming things. She was however still polite and I give 5 stars,
I had a very unpleasant experience. The owner was extremely inappropriate and behaved in a disrespectful manner toward me. I would not recommend this business. I suggest purchasing your supplies from International Salon Supplies or Hair Mart instead.
