The guy seems to forget the reason for his success...the patient. After waiting forever for another over-inflated appointment not including the referral, it was rescheduled. Ok so I waited again only to be messaged (not phoned) to be informed of another reschedule! Called them up and no apology - apparently the reason was for a "meeting". Possibly with the luxury yacht sales team. Anyway, try elsewhere. It will be more efficient, cheaper and a better experience.
Although we appreciate and respect doctors but I would recommend not to see Dr Wu. I took my son few times and I was disappointed with English, knowledge and treatment plan. My son wear glasses 2 years and then he complained to teacher that glasses doesn't make any difference. Poor kid. I checked with Optholmologist in Subiaco and he said there is nothing wrong with eyes and he doesn't need glasses. Please think again before you attend Appointment. This review might benefit kids and adults as eyes are very important.
2022 UPDATE my local GP suggested I see an Optometrist again and Johnny Wu came up. I told him about the horrendous wait time. He told me that it has NOT improved. Johnny maybe a good doctor but Absolutely terrible appointment scheduling. I arrive 1:35pm, 10 minutes before my appoinment, and there are 4 people already waiting. 15 minutes later he walks in the door, people have been waiting! I have to collect kids from school and an appointment at 1:45pm should mean I leave in plenty of time to make the school by 3pm... it's ... read more
