If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mum had an appointment here yesterday and the customer service was absolutely appalling. We waited 40 minutes, were rushed through by the nurse, only to be told the same thing as her previous appointment. Then, just as we were about to see Dr Lai, we were told to pay at reception first. The doctor left before we finished paying, and we were then told to reschedule for another day, with no apology or prior notice. Recently completed cataract surgery and multi focal lens replacement under the care of Dr Rachel Li. All of the staff from the reception to the technicians to Dr Rachel were exceptional. Excellent customer service. Also the surgery was very cost effective with all follow up included in the procedure costs which was a pleasant surprise. No out of pocket for the anaesthetist as well. Cost effective and great 20/20 vision result. Thank you Dr Li and all the staff.
Good doctor but books untold people in on 1 day and 2 1/2 hours waiting to get done.ridiculous
Visited WA eye specialists for dry eye treatment. Cost was double compared to the eye health Centre of Western Australia with no extracts done after IPL. The difference between this place and Lions institute is light years apart. So much more information given at Lions. When I queried my treatment plan I was told to speak to Dr Li then when I spoke to Dr Li, she advised to speak to the dry eye clinic again. Don’t recommend. Has delayed my treatment by 3-4 months at least and cost double what it is now.
Great service the whole experience was fantastic, From the staff that great you to the Dr Rachel Li very professional and easy to talk to and the follow up is to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend this practice. Regards Keith Wilson
