After over 2 years of External Solutions trying to get my patio correct that they put up, I’ve had an absolute gut full! They are happy to keep ALL my money but! I got another company to sort it out. IN UNDER ONE DAY! They removed External Solutions very damaged from repair attempts effort of a roof and fitted a complete new high quality/well built roof! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND W.A EXTERNAL SOLUTIONS! They won’t replace or refund me for their very poor quality patio build I paid them for. They only offered to have another attempt to patch it up. So I am now having to look into getting another building company to come remove External Solutions very poor quality patio roof and fit a complete new roof for me. External Solutions put up my outback patio in August 2023. It’s now November 2025 and it’s still not right after patch up attempts. Every attempt they had it got rough... read more
