EXCUSE EXCUSE EXCUSE! They started my outback patio job over two years ago! Still not right! Every attempt they had it got rougher! Had enough! Got another company to have a look. They pointed out mistakes in no time. They said the roof is too damaged from all the repair attempts that the complete roof needs to be replaced! NO Apologies, NO refunds from External Solutions! Just keep getting told it’s nothing to do with them! Their build, they should be made to redo it and do it properly! No band aid fixes! Free of charge! Or... read more
