I see Dr Gus Jang for treatment and I find him knowledgeable and professional. He always explains treatment outcomes and risks and gives me time to ask questions. The staff at WA Endodontics are always helpful and accommodating with appointments.
I went to this clinic as I had a problem with a molar. I was told I would get a written treatment plan. I didnt. I was told the follow up appointment would be at no cost. I wasnt. I also did not like the manner of the dentist or receptionist. I went elsewhere and would not go here again.
I had an appointment booked with Dr Peter Pham, which I took time off work to attend. However, shortly before the appointment, his assistant called to cancel and informed me that the doctor refused to see me because I had mentioned that I planned to use his report for an early superannuation release for dental treatment. I was in pain and genuinely needed dental care, but the doctor declined to treat me because he didn’t want his name on the report. Very unprofessional.
I had a great experience with Dr Gus. He was honest about the state my teeth were in and that we needed to do fresh X-rays and CT scans to be able to give a correct diagnosis. After the scans he gave me several options on the way forward. He recommended I see a specialist but also gave me the option of doing another root canal through him but he couldn't guarantee the longevity of the teeth.
