I had an appointment booked with Dr Peter Pham, which I took time off work to attend. However, shortly before the appointment, his assistant called to cancel and informed me that the doctor refused to see me because I had mentioned that I planned to use his report for an early superannuation release for dental treatment. I was in pain and genuinely needed dental care, but the doctor declined to treat me because he didn’t want his name on the report. Very unprofessional.
I had a great experience with Dr Gus. He was honest about the state my teeth were in and that we needed to do fresh X-rays and CT scans to be able to give a correct diagnosis. After the scans he gave me several options on the way forward. He recommended I see a specialist but also gave me the option of doing another root canal through him but he couldn't guarantee the longevity of the teeth. 很不好的经历，我到这里做根管治疗，之后还是疼痛不止！我的牙医并没有解决我的问题！过了两周后牙齿严重发炎，这时候才建议拔牙，已经拔不了，需要强力抗生素五天后才能拔！
Dr Gus Jang did my root canal treatment and yesterday my X-ray showed it was successful. I'm very happy.
