I had to have a root canal repair and was explained the treatment options, potential issues and proposed plan, which seemed sensible. I had Peter Pham as my consultant and the treatment went very well, with little to no pain post afterwards, and almost immediate improvement in my pain levels. Overall was really impressed with the treatment and would thoroughly recommend the team at WA Endodontics. Recently, I visited WA Endodontics, where Dr. Peter Pham was my attendinding dentist. I was extremely apprehensive about undergoing root canal treatment due to bad experiences and extreme anxiety with dentists, which unfortunately contributed to my loss of a lot of teeth and now having ongoing issues later in life. I see Dr Gus Jang for treatment and I find him knowledgeable and professional. He always explains treatment outcomes and risks and gives me time to ask questions. The staff at WA Endodontics are always helpful and accommodating with appointments.
I went to this clinic as I had a problem with a molar. I was told I would get a written treatment plan. I didnt. I was told the follow up appointment would be at no cost. I wasnt. I also did not like the manner of the dentist or receptionist. I went elsewhere and would not go here again.
