Very disappointed. I had an appointment booked with Dr Peter Pham, which I took time off work to attend. However, shortly before the appointment, his assistant called to cancel and informed me that the doctor refused to see me because I had mentioned that I planned to use his report for an early superannuation release for dental treatment. I was in pain and genuinely needed dental care, but the doctor declined to treat me because he didn’t want his name on the report. Very unprofessional.
Dr Gus Jang met with myself and son to discuss a procedure and it was a pleasant consultation. Dr Gus is honest in opinion, clear in communication and ultimately had my sons best interests at heart allowing us to make the right decision for my sons needs. The receptionist, sorry I forget her name was very helpful from the start, assisted me to seek an earlier appointment rather than the original, gave a follow up phone call to ensure i didnt miss the time slot and was very welcoming during visit also. Thanks Team!
The receptionist was nice over the phone. But requesting $250-510 just to get a quote for a treatment considering that the patient has a set of x-rays and 3D scans and referral from dentist. Not a really great beginning.
I sent a quote request for a root canal, explained the situation, and attached a recent X-ray. It’s a straightforward job, so I just needed an estimated cost. Instead, I was told to book a consultation first. Why? I already provided everything needed. What has been done , what’s required, X-ray. Nothing to discuss extra. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, talking to me like I was a friend rather than a patient. She showed no respect, and I even sensed some discrimination in her tone. I was referred to get a root canal done. Very efficient here and was cheaper than I expected. Lovely staff as well
