The receptionist was nice over the phone. But requesting $250-510 just to get a quote for a treatment considering that the patient has a set of x-rays and 3D scans and referral from dentist. Not a really great beginning.
I sent a quote request for a root canal, explained the situation, and attached a recent X-ray. It’s a straightforward job, so I just needed an estimated cost. Instead, I was told to book a consultation first. Why? I already provided everything needed. What has been done , what’s required, X-ray. Nothing to discuss extra. I was referred to get a root canal done. Very efficient here and was cheaper than I expected. Lovely staff as well
I was referred to WA endodontics by my regular dentist for complex root canal. My consultation and procedure was carried out by Dr. Peter Pham and I can’t commend him high enough. Having a fair bit of fear of dental work he was nothing but comforting, and walked me both the steps during the consult and what I was involved for the procedure.
