I don’t normally write negative reviews but our experience with WA Custom Glass was far below par. For a few reasons but mainly what I came here to write to worn people about is the poor workmanship. These guys do not pride themselves on their work nor seem to care about customer satisfaction. The first two images are the way in which WA Custom Glass left our retrofitted windows which looks terrible and is unsafe (we have young children). I have to commend WA Custom glass for their services. It's refreshing to see a business with great workflow and job management systems in place. Very happy with the end result and i will be using them again
WA Custom Glass came in as the most affordable option in our quotes for two semi-frameless showers. The team was responsive and friendly and the installer was extremely quick and professional, especially in these quite small spaces. I would happily recommend this company to friends and family.
