We have had two sets of windows installed by WA Custom Glass, and we found on both occasions the installation went smoothly. I was impressed by the communication from the office ..eta of Dave doing the quote, detailed quote, confirmation of order, with eta on installation, on both occasions accurate. We had no issues, but should we have had I'm confident they would have been resolved. I look forward to our next install.
This company has very poor customer service. Yes they use an excellent manufacturer in Jason Windows, but then it goes downhill! The installation is outsourced by a group that don't care at all! I would not recommend using this company for any retro fitting of doors or windows. What was supposed to be a 3 day install job panned out to over 10 weeks! We had to hound them to come back & re-order incorrectly made items - if we had just stayed quiet, I feel they would of just forgotten us!
We had a window changed to a sliding door in October 2025. We can not recommend this company enough! Great communication, our installer took care, worked solo and cleaned up every little bit of dust once the job was completed. We had a small issue that was rectified straight away with polite friendly staff over the phone and via email. We really appreciate all the service we received.
I had my full length window replaced with a sliding door and it has been a great experience from start to finish! I ended up needing to leave the state to care for my Nan and they were SO accommodating to ensure I didn't have any added stress and the work could go ahead even without me there. We had WA Custom Glass retro fit all of our doors and windows. Could not be happier with the quality of the finish and the professionalism of the team. Kept us inform all the way and accommodated us where they could. Highly recommended.
