We were extremely impressed with the quality of the build.The team at this company were professional and helpful.
There is no denying it was a drawn-out process from signing up to receiving the keys at handover; however, the result today is a quality home that is built to the spec as agreed. The delays were influenced by a challenging period of COVID-19 and the associated labour demands that followed. Focusing on the quality of my home, I am satisfied with not one warranty concern after the initial six months.
The Staff at Busselton Country Builders/ Plunkett were very efficient in every field making it so easy for us to choose every fine detail of our new build. We had lots of questions for them as it has been 30+ since our last build & quite overwhelming but their professionalism made it so easier for us. Many thanks again & looking forward to watching our build in progress.
This was my first time building a house and WA builders made it very easy from start to finish. Despite all the difficulties in sourcing materials and trades being so busy our home was completed in the estimated time frame with an exceptional finish. Would definitely recommend this company.
