Wonderful staff. I did a stress test riding a bicycle. I get a faster heart rate doing my shopping. In a previous test I used a treadmill almost to exhaustion. I'm sure they know what they are doing.
Administration was not prepared. Incorrect name on documents, directions on google maps leads you to genesis care and the appointment time sent through was incorrect to what was showing at the counter. I think someone missed the checks and balances prior.
Big Thanks to firstly Dr Sam Tayeb, who assessed my Heart Condition with such Urgency and care to arrange my priority Surgery accordingly with his associates Dr Hannah for my Angiogram, then soon immediate Open Heart Surgery with the magnificent and Skilful Dr Joshi. Thankyou Sam so very much to you and your admin staff for fast tracking my condition with such care and promptness. Jamie J
Dr Hanna is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced cardiologist/surgeon. Whenever, wherever his named is raised all medical, nursing and allied health professionals speak of him in almost reverential terms. With me, he performed complex surgery to address a 100% blocked right artery - successfully I might add. I require further surgery for other matters and I am extremely pleased and confident for Dr Hanna to be doing this work as well.
