My experience was very good. I bought a car from Perth unseen from Melbourne. Some technical issues with the car needed to be fixed when it arrived. Even though Billy was not obliged (no warranty because of the age of the car) to help out, he supported the repairs and transferred cash back to me. I just can't imagine another dealer doing this. Highly recommend.
