Highly recommended. I had a great experience purchasing my first home (house and land package) through this company. Brett was extremely helpful—he walked me through the time frames and specs clearly, found me a suitable block of land quickly, and organised the finance without delay.
Very disappointed with the communication from the consultant liaison Claudia Murphy. Most updates and important information were provided at the last minute, making it difficult to organise around our full-time work. I also asked about changing the electricity panel box but never received any follow up or clear answer. Overall, the lack of communication and follow-up has been very frustrating.
