So grateful to my sales rep Alex, he listened to everything I wanted and sourced me an ideal package which he tailored to ensure it met the developers requirements and met my needs. **Disappointed with delays and lack of urgency.** I was told that once building approval was received, a 6–8month timeframe was realistic for my small, standard 3-bedroom home. I planned to move in by October/November, but delays began early and continued throughout. The biggest issue was brickwork. The bricklayer worked alone, left by 12:30pm most days, didn’t work weekends, and took days off. I raised concerns early but was told they were aware and even they didn’t expect it to take so long. I signed the contract in late July 2024. The building permit was ready by December 22, 2024, and the slab was only poured in late May. From late May until now—almost mid-September—this is the extent of the progress. The experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication is virtually non-existent, and the staff’s attitude comes across as arrogant. The sales representative, Danny, was dishonest before I signed the contract and paid the deposit. Overall, good customer service, multiple people tried to get us into our home as soon as possible, although there was avoidable delays. Still managed getting into our own home sooner than others. Unfortunately the contractors that were used could certainly improve. Having to take off multiple days from work to fix others poor workmanship was certainly less than ideal.
