Great experience from start to finish. After initial hold ups due to the land not being titled (not the building companies fault). Once the actual build was able to start things moved very quickly and smoothly. I'm now the owner of a beautifully built house. I'm very impressed with the finishes, everything is practically perfect, a true testament to the tradesmen and their amazing supervisor Derek, who was fussier than myself. Special thanks to Dannielle for all your guidance and making this a stress free experience.
Terrible and slow. Purchased my land exactly a year ago and still no slab and the land was titled almost 10 months ago
