My advice is to avoid. Pulled out of land and house package due to development of the area. Still waiting for a reply from my rep to acknowledge this and had to deal with land developer/seller myself and inform them as WA building company has gone quiet
I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with caution. I signed a contract almost 15 months ago, and my project has still not reached roof stage. Throughout this time, I have experienced a lack of professionalism, significant delays, and very poor communication. From reception through to management, I have felt disrespected and devalued as a client. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Please do your research and consider other options before making a commitment.
Very happy with the service. House turned out well. Delays were due to industry-wide issues.
Accidentally deleted my previous review instead of updating. So grateful to my sales rep Alex, he listened to everything I wanted and sourced me an ideal package which he tailored to ensure it met the developers requirements and met my needs. This meant everything was approved quickly and no additional costs. I had spoken with other building companies and they would either say they can’t help me or tell me to come to them in office hours. **Disappointed with delays and lack of urgency.** I was told that once building approval was received, a 6–8month timeframe was realistic for my small, standard 3-bedroom home. I planned to move in by October/November, but delays began early and continued throughout. The biggest issue was brickwork.
