Initially my husband and I went in to PDI to look at handles for our new kitchen cabinets. We were fortunate enough to have Kassie Reed help us. She explained that the showroom was being updated but continued to take the time to show us the inventory as well as tell us all of the things that would be available once the remodel was complete. Water pressure in house was extremely low because of the main water valve. Had Universal Plumbing come out and was charged $65 to see what it would cost to repair the valve. Was told the part couldn't be found so I loss that money. Another plumber told me I could get the part from PDI and gave me the location. The staff immediately sold me the part. I purchased several items for our new home from PDI. Brittany was wonderful to work with and they were able to quickly supply the items. Additionally, they did not charge a processing fee for paying with a card which made doing business so much easier and enjoyable. I will continue to use PDI in the future!
