The lady on the phone & the delivery guy were awesome. But the product in general was not good. The bouncy house was wet and bubbly the entire time so the kids couldn't even play on it. Apparently it got wet at the party from the night before so when we got it hadn't dried. I called the number & was told this was "normal". But told me to talk to the delivery guy.
