Pittsburgh has these horrid little medians that can't be seen at night. I breached one while visiting the city and damaged my brake lines. They took my car first thing the next morning, even took us to a cool little diner (Bob's Diner on Mansfield) to wait for the repairs and picked us up when it was done. Its unfortunate that you have to guard yourself so much nowadays. I could look over the girl behind the counter that was so rude, but I cant get over what the business as a whole did. My brother brought a car and all its parts for a brake job. By the end of the day, theyd convinced him that he was better off/didnt really have any other choice but to sell his car to the business for $30.00, after charging for a service he didnt do. Horrible customer service, especially women on the front desk. Don’t recommend this place.
They replaced the lug nuts and very rudely behavior. Not recommended at all.
