Well, our new bathroom Reno is done!! I thought it would be a nightmare, but wow!!! WA Assett were amazing!! The whole process from first contact through the design, selection and works was so very smooth. The communication as to whom to expect on any given day of the week was outstanding. Any relevant variations in time or days were communicated immediately and the whole strip-out and re-fit was overseen by the amazing Brendan! What a star!! The WA Assett team did a great job with completing our bathroom in the timeframe allocated. They listened to our ideas on both design and functionality, and they were able to offer their own suggestions to help the design come together. We were particularly impressed with the design team's knowledge on bathroom products. I cannot recommend WA Assets highly enough. From the very first visit to provide a quote and ideas, the team was professional and friendly. The ladies in the office were incredibly helpful—if you were unsure about exactly what you wanted, they really knew their stuff and gave you the confidence to make the right choices. We are really pleased with our new bathroom and laundry. The whole experience went really well from choosing the fittings from the WA Asset showroom to the finish. The staff and contractors were all really lovely and did an outstanding job. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
