Poor customer service responding to warranty issues W7 Construction Services We have used W7 on several projects at our lake home. The first project was converting the boat dock from traditional wood flooring to composition flooring. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work was more than acceptable. Approximately 6 months later we notice that the decking was starting to bow on the ends.
