Fawn is always so helpful resolving my insurance issues (umbrella policy this time). She is extremely responsive. Though I must be sort of a major pain, she never makes me feel that way.

Billie and her team are absolutely incredibly. They saved me well over $5,000.00 between my car and home insurance. They have the worst customer service I’ve experienced in insurance ,had them for 5+years because auto owners had good prices but then that my rates almost doubled when the policy renewed. My agent always delayed in replying to me if at all. They weren’t helpful in shopping or providing advice on my policy. More than once they told me to call auto owners to get a question answered. This is an excellent company I’ve been using as my insurance agent for almost 20 years. Two of their employees (Tracey and Billie) have been especially helpful. Most recently they asked to review my auto insurance that I’ve carried with another company and ended up saving me thousands of dollars a year on a similar policy. I really appreciate them taking initiative to help me find better policies.
