Worst experience ever. Took vehicle in for a standard intake runner replacement, after four months, had to take vehicle to a different repair facility. Drove vehcile to Ryan Hayes, but had to have it towed away to another facility. Ryan Hayes the owner, lied for months, and never refunded 3500 that we paid in advance (in order to recieve a %10 discount). We have had a horrible experience with Ryan which is far from over as he has not refunded the $3600 we paid him in advance. This money was paid to him over two months ago when he gave us the estimate for the work he proposed doing on our car. He told us if we paid in advance, we would get a ten percent discount. What a gigantic mistake that was! After having our car for over a month and repeatedly telling us he was almost done with it, he ended up admitting he couldn't do it and taking it to another mechanic in Hampton. This... read more
