W XYZ is the lobby bar of the Aloft Phoenix hotel. ATMOSPHERE: There was plenty of room to spread out and relax, with bar counter seating, tables and sofas. Good music played overhead. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Menu selections included the usual beverage offerings and a handful of bar-style apps including a personal-sized pizza that looked and smelled heavenly.
