While downtown Harbor looking for Christmas and Birthday gifts for my wife Wanda was extremely helpful….finding several items that appealed to her taste…even having to special order her size! Amazing friendly service! Thank you!
Is this store a front for some illicit business? I'm confused, because the store owner clearly has no interest in customer service or in selling products. She was rude and made us leave her store so she could have lunch. There are signs all over the store banning the use of cellphones, probably so customers are unable to look up items and find out there is a 500% markup. Don't waste your time here.
Outstanding clothing lines
We love shopping in downtown Harbor Springs but would never shop in this store. Very rude. My daughters walked in to look at a rain jacket and the sales lady basically told them there was nothing in the store for them and to look at other shops. Do yourself a favor and skip this store. Ivy is next door, beautiful boutique and the nicest owners.
