1 Star I had a 9:30 AM appointment and arrived just 3 minutes late after driving 30 minutes to get there. I waited at the front for several minutes, and no one came to greet me. Despite the small delay, the provider took someone else and didn’t accommodate me at all. I had to leave because I couldn’t wait—I had to be at work. Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service. I don’t recommend.
W.Waxing’s ambiance is so divine. Their staff are professionals and friendly. Alesandria is very sweet, personable, and runs her business very well. She and her staff are board certified and informative. The service is excellent and fast. Laticia is kind and detailed she does not disappoint. If there’s ever a hiccup, these ladies will always correct it expeditiously. I’ve been serviced here since 2017 and it’s thee best in Homewood AL hands down. 10/10
Great little shop for getting waxed!! As a male it is hard to find a shop that waxes men in Birmingham, especially since I moved up from Florida and there is a place almost on every corner lol...I guess men up here stay prepared for cold weather!!! lol...anyway, I came across this place and have gone here every month since relocating here. Nice, friendly and clean atmosphere. Just one technician offering Brazilian waxing on men so you probably will definitely need an appointment.
