I came to pick up my brother's dog from here(who got fixed) and my first impressions of this place was back yard vet, super sketchy, and complete choas. The place smelled terrible and was unsanitary and disgusting. The vet didn't say anything to me except give me the bill and that was it. And the poor dog was whining the whole drive back and all night, no medication or anything. BE AWARE!!!! August 12th I called Shannon to make an appointment to neuter my dog and she set me up with an appointment for yesterday September 27th 2024 at 8:30 am. I was referred to her because of her cheap prices. I drive an hour and a half to get to her address which was not described on her actual google business description. I had to call a friend that referred me to her to find it. She also never returned any of my phone calls or text after setting up my original appointment including the morning of. I have been using Shannon for years, and I will continue to use her. Her prices are amazing, she is an amazing vet, dogs love her, she will answer all your questions and has the best attitude, and tells ot like ot is. I'd give a higher rating if I could.
