Very poor workmanship Bad welds open wiring, connections twisted together No load bearing pin on gooseneck.
Absolutely no customer service exists with this company, that was made apparent by Lane with our phone call. Welds breaking on a new trailer and it’s my responsibility to take it to Oklahoma to fix. I will just weld it myself, also in his words I missed an appointment to repair the trailer but I have no email correspondence from them about this. Always liked the quality of their trailers, but it seems the quality has gone down. Had my trailer for 2 years and had 2 hubs fall off. They did replace the axel, but now 3 of the 4 tires have blown out while pulling it empty. Probably my last WW trailer.
