I was on a road trip when I had a very unusual issue with my tires. We stopped here on a whim 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they were able to get us a whole new set of tires before 5pm. They went above and beyond by reaching out to the South Dakota DOT to get what caused our issue addressed. Very kind and considerate to 2 young women far from home.
I brought my car in because it was vibrating and shaking at speeds over 60 mph on the highway. I thought the issue might be related to the tires, so I scheduled an appointment with a mechanic. They balanced all four wheels without asking for my approval first, even though two of the wheels were only slightly out of balance. The service was completed very quickly—less than 12 minutes for balancing all four tires—which made me doubt what service was actually performed. I've had tires done and other service they're fast and good at what they do that's for sure then while you wait the have fresh hot popcorn hot chocolate and cafe the service is on point
