A bit unknowingly unprofessional in even an alignment or tore pressure.
Had the day off and planned to put the boat in, but truck had a punctured tire. Went in and chatted with the guys and they were very understanding and found a way to squeeze me in their busy schedule. Was in and out in no time!
Very friendly and very honest team of people! I had to go back to them about a fan blower part that went out, that they had got from O'Reilly's and installed a year and a half earlier for my 1997 Ford Explorer. They called O'Reilly's and found the part to be covered under warranty by them. Also, they didn't charge me for the labor to do the job again, and I so respect that and appreciate that! Decent priced tires. Good service.
While traveling from out of state we lost a tire while driving down the highway. WW Tire in Pierre accepted us right away and were able to put the spare on. Later in the day we walked in and asked if they’d be available to change the spare with the original tire and spare rim so we could make the 9 hour drive back home. They again accepted us right away and had the new tires placed in minutes. During a stressful time they took care of us. Thank you WW Tire!!
