Ladies, this is the place to go. I can’t say enough positive things about this shop. Josh has worked on my car a few times now over the last several years — from bigger repairs to quick check-ups — and every experience with him has been excellent. The mechanics here are knowledgeable, honest, and professional, but what stands out the most is how they treat you. A bit unknowingly unprofessional in even an alignment or tore pressure.
Had the day off and planned to put the boat in, but truck had a punctured tire. Went in and chatted with the guys and they were very understanding and found a way to squeeze me in their busy schedule. Was in and out in no time!
Very friendly and very honest team of people! I had to go back to them about a fan blower part that went out, that they had got from O'Reilly's and installed a year and a half earlier for my 1997 Ford Explorer. They called O'Reilly's and found the part to be covered under warranty by them. Also, they didn't charge me for the labor to do the job again, and I so respect that and appreciate that!
