I had quite the run around with scheduling PT. My dr. referred me for 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks for my back. I was told that my sessions would be only 30 minutes which surprised me because my pt in the past was about an hour - warm up, exercises and cool down with ice. Ridgeview told me my insurance changed the duration time to 30 minutes in 2026. I called my insurance co and they told me there were no changes to their pt policy. I'm a self starter and very motivated. I told this to the therapist day 1, and my hope was to learn all my exercises within 3 weeks. I promised I'd go home and do all my exercises daily, which I did. When I returned for my 2nd session I was given a Tech (Will), not a therapist, who looked at his phone the whole time. All I did was repeat my exercises and not given anything new. Special shout out for all the wonderful people here at Ridgeview PT. I have had nothing but positive, great experiences there. Caring, friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff was great!
Every few years when I get lazy, my painful body needs work so I get an appointment with Ridgeview. This time Noel brought me back from giving up to being able to do so much more and I have exercises to do at home to keep me in good shape. Nice not to be in pain. Everyone so kind and helpful. If something not working well, I new approach is put in place. I'll be back in a few years when I get lazy again or overdo an activity. Do not use this facility! The therapist may be good however the office staff is horrible! I presented my insurance card to have it verified if they take it, It was verified by Cassandra that yes no problem. I then went to my doctor to get the referral and hand delivered it to Cassandra and we booked a full month out due to the availability of their therapists. Less than 18 hours before my appointment, that I patiently waited a month for, I received a call saying that my insurance card is not accepted!!!! I waited a month in ... read more
