Worse customer service ever. Talked to a guy named KW on the phone about an ETI van (close to 15000 dollars). Get there and get helped by a salesman / manager named Daniel ( a real dumb %$#%) tells me the van is 2000. more than quoted. When I told him that I already spoke to KW (found out later this is the owner KW / Ken), he tells me that although KW owns the place that his mind isn't always in the game and the price is what he says it is, that he is the new manager and it's not up to the owner to run this place in the grou... read more
