Greg West is the best insurance agent I’ve ever interacted with. As everyone knows, insurance is a tedious, frustrating, and exasperating “must have” evil. Greg has gone out of his way, and way beyond my expectations to explain “in down to earth language” the mountains of options and paperwork involved for our business, home, and auto needs. This agency is totally unconcerned with client communication despite repeated emails. I would not recommend them to any business.
Greg West was my insurance agent when Megan left the company. He hardly ever spoke to me, unless I called him or emailed him. I have left numerous voicemails with him before he finally calls back. His quotes are always high, and when I try to explain that I have excellent credit, with no accidents. I eventually got tired of the no contact and switched to a different company, who got me a quote that was 10 times better. I will not be using Greg or this company ever again.
