This WW Building Supply provides wonderful service. I needed three windows and an outside door. They sent a representative to my Brattleboro home who checked all of the dimensions and placed the order. The instillation went smoothly but one of the casement windows did not close properly. They sent a Marvin repair person who discovered that there had been a small manufacturing error. Forty five min. later, adjustments had been made and the window closes well. I'll be the first to say that I was unfair to this business in my original review, all of the Covid nonsense had me all in a twist. The people are what make this store, not the things that cannot be controlled due to "zombie apocalypses,"
