Needed a tow in the freezing cold around the holidays. Tried to get a tow through my insurance provider and was told it would be 1-2 hours which was unacceptable since I was sitting in the freezing cold. W&W arrived within 15 minutes of calling and the driver was polite and helpful. Determined I needed a battery jump and was on my way within 10 minutes. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future!

If you are a service provider, don’t expect to go on their lot, even though they haven’t disclosed this information with the insurance companies ahead of time. Very rude and disrespectful interactions last two times.

This shop is fantastic. Towing is far cheaper and faster than any of the local places and they repair all of my vehicles in a timely manner. I have never had to return because something was wrong. Kyle and Scott are fantastic and communicate the issues and parts needed. I'm a fleet manager and really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Will continue to do business with them as long as they stay in business and I look forward to a long relationship!
