I was involved in an accident on my motorcycle last weekend. Ohio Highway Patrol got me a tow service to recover my bike from the ditch. They sent W&W to come get my “baby”. John arrived on the scene and he took excellent care of loading and explaining what was going to happen once she made it back to the yard. He was so nice and made this awful event much easier to deal with. I’m grateful for his service and support. Thank you for everything. This company is definitely worth it!!!

Needed a tow in the freezing cold around the holidays. Tried to get a tow through my insurance provider and was told it would be 1-2 hours which was unacceptable since I was sitting in the freezing cold. W&W arrived within 15 minutes of calling and the driver was polite and helpful. Determined I needed a battery jump and was on my way within 10 minutes. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future!

If you are a service provider, don’t expect to go on their lot, even though they haven’t disclosed this information with the insurance companies ahead of time. Very rude and disrespectful interactions last two times.
